The service provides personalized research, recommendations, checklists, content calendars, and AI-powered chat based on the information you provide and publicly available data. Dashboards are generated by artificial intelligence and delivered through password-protected web pages.
Glow Up Works is not financial advice, legal advice, medical advice, or professional consulting. All recommendations are AI-generated based on public data and user-provided information. You should consult qualified professionals before making significant business, financial, legal, or medical decisions.

Paid Tiers
Glow-Up: $297 one-time, full business audit and personalized dashboard
Growth Partner: $97/month, ongoing dashboard refreshes, new content calendars, trend alerts, and AI chat. Cancel anytime.
Scale-Up Add-On: $297 one-time, hiring guides, capacity planning, and growth analysis. Available with any paid tier.
School/District Licenses: $499 to $2,999/year depending on scope
Prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice for subscription tiers. One-time purchases are locked at the price paid.
3. Refund Policy
Glow-Up ($297 one-time): Full refund within 14 days of purchase if the dashboard has not been accessed.
Growth Partner ($97/month): Cancel anytime. No refund for partial months. You keep everything already delivered.
Scale-Up Add-On ($297 one-time): Full refund within 14 days if the add-on content has not been accessed.
Free tiers: No payment, no refund applicable.
To request a refund, email support@glowupworks.com with your name and the email used at purchase.
4. Your Responsibilities
By using Glow Up Works, you agree to:
Provide accurate information in questionnaires and intake forms
Keep your dashboard access code confidential (dashboards are password-gated but not encrypted end-to-end for browser viewing)
Not share your dashboard URL or access code with unauthorized parties
Not use the service for any illegal purpose
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute the platform or its outputs
5. What We Promise
Dashboard delivery within 1 to 2 hours of form completion (best effort, not guaranteed)
AI chat availability during normal operations
Data encryption at rest using AES-256-GCM
No human reads your questionnaire answers, the pipeline is fully automated
Email notifications as described in the service (acknowledgment, dashboard delivery, check-ins, milestones)
6. What We Do Not Promise
Specific business results, revenue increases, or outcomes of any kind
Accuracy of AI-generated recommendations, AI can and does make mistakes
Accuracy of competitor data, pricing data, or market research (based on publicly available information that may be outdated or incomplete)
100% uptime or uninterrupted availability
That any recommendation constitutes professional advice (financial, legal, medical, or otherwise)
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
StanHattie LLC's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
StanHattie LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data.
StanHattie LLC is not liable for any decisions you make based on dashboard recommendations, AI chat responses, or any other output of the service.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Intellectual Property
Dashboard content is generated by AI specifically for you. You own the rights to use your dashboard content for your personal or business purposes.
StanHattie LLC retains all rights to the Glow Up Works platform, templates, AI systems, software, and underlying technology.
By using the service, you grant StanHattie LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use anonymized and aggregated data derived from your use of the service to improve and develop the platform. We will never sell your individual data or identify you publicly without your consent.

9. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity.
Upon deletion: your dashboard is removed, encrypted form data is purged from our database, and email delivery logs are retained for 2 years for compliance and dispute resolution purposes.
10. Third-Party Integrations
Glow Up Works may offer optional integrations with third-party services such as Xero, Square, or other business tools.
Connecting third-party accounts is entirely optional
We access only read-only data as specifically authorized by you
You may disconnect any integration at any time
Third-party services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies, we are not responsible for their practices
11. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising from these terms or the service shall be resolved in the courts of Polk County, Iowa.
Before initiating legal action, both parties agree to a 30-day informal resolution period. Contact support@glowupworks.com to begin this process.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email at the address associated with your account.
Your continued use of Glow Up Works after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should stop using the service and request account deletion.
